Returns

• Timeframe: You may return your item within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
• Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please keep your proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of a manufacturing defect, where Bergamote will cover the return shipping.

Customized Items

• Due to the custom nature of certain products, such as made-to-order hammocks, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
